Shipping & Returns


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its NEW CONDITION within 14 days of receipt.

Merchandise returned must be in NEW CONDITION; Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume/cologne, smoke or similar product stains or smells, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, pet-free condition with the original tags attached, and original packing slip. If merchandise does not meet our requirements, a refund will not be issued and the merchandise will be shipped back to the Customer and is subject to a shipping charge. We ask that you note on the packing slip what items you are returning with a reason why.

Return shipping is at the expense of the Customer. Shipping via a trackable manner is suggested as items returned to us that are not received are the responsibility of the Customer & cannot be refunded.

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned, refunded.

Items purchased at 20% off or more are returnable for online credit only.

All Accessories and Gifts are FINAL SALE.


Due to the high-volume of orders we receive, we do not do exchanges. We are unable to guarantee the item/size you need will be available one your return is received. Therefore, we suggest placing an order for the item/size you would like and sending the previous item back for store credit.


If you receive defective merchandise, it must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or it cannot be returned.

Refuse or Undeliverable Order(s)

If you refuse a confirmed order you will be charged for the actual cost of the shipping to you.  Undeliverable orders due to Customer error will require re-shipment and will be charged to you.
